Régie du bâtiment du Québec (RBQ)
Any company working in the construction industry must hold a license in good standing from the Régie du bâtiment du Québec. The RBQ protects the general public in contracts between entrepreneurs and individuals. All renovation or construction contracts are governed by this organization. The RBQ number certifies the enterprise’s compliance.

Commission de la construction du Québec (CCQ)
The CCQ is responsible for the application of Law R-20, which aims to ensure the protection of workers and the public. All contracts carried out by our team on behalf of co-ops and NPOs are governed by the rules and rates established by the CCQ.
Building code - Régie du bâtiment du Québec
This code describes the minimum requirements necessary for a building to meet safety and quality standards for construction work, and is modified according to developments in knowledge, techniques, and materials. We apply this code in all our projects.
Commission des normes, de l’équité, de la santé et de la sécurité au travail (CNESST)
All our workers hold the ASP card attesting to their participation in a 30-hour training course on health and safety on construction sites.
